In my Grandmother’s childhood, soaps were natural and gentle, but the onset of World War 1 forced manufacturers to switch from natural fats and oils and that is how most of today's synthetic detergent soaps came about.

Our liquid Castile soaps are hand made in Kent to the original Spanish traditional recipe using the natural ingredients that my Grandmother would have followed. Today we use only the best organic Virgin Olive Oil with absolutely no added animal fats. It is the quality of our olive oil that creates the gentle moisturising lather that makes our soaps so special, whilst making them mild enough for every member of the family.

Our gorgeous Liquid Castile Soaps have just a hint of pure organic Essential Oils to give them a sophisticated but unobtrusive aroma.
